H10 Rubicón Palace, Lanzarote

Really nice hotel with ample outdoor space. Never had a problem getting a sun bed. Food was good and plentiful with places to snack and get a coffee throughout the day. Room was clean and of a good size and standard. Staff were friendly and very hard working. The bar drinks were quality brands with a wide selection. All in all it was a very pleasant stay and will be booking to return here again.

Having spent a lovely week as a first time guest I want to leave a little review of our stay, admittedly it is mainly for the privilege side of the hotel as we did not use much other than that, Check in Quick, efficient, professional and friendly The room, our view the service and cleanliness was great, I have no complaints, I had one little beetle in the bath, no sign of bed bugs, ants or cockroaches, Food The privilege restaurant The food was to a very high standard on every sitting as was the impeccable service. Speciality restaurant The sakura was superb both the food and the service. The steakhouse Although the service was great, we found the steak sub par and the ribs were overdone and the vegetable sides stone cold, unfortunately, our least favourite Italian All food to a high standard along with the service Buffet We had two lunches in the buffet, food perfectly fine and the service friendly The privilege truck It was great good selection of drinks and snacks once it opened over 30 mins late most mornings not to much of an issue The bistro and Mike's were also fabulous And finally the the privilege lounge The drinks selection and snacks were great exactly what we wanted a quiet time together after a tough few months, sadly the last couple of days some clientele thought it was ok for their children to run around the lounge and throw balls on the privilege balcony, which was a little off putting, we don't have a problem with children at all but I feel the privilege lounge is not really the place for ball games and running around. Our final thing and really our only main complaint is the lifts, they were in terrible need of replacement, csught a number of times bouncing between floors then we were unfortunate to be stuck in the lift for over 20 minutes after the power completely shorted, not ideal with a husband with a heart condition. I would have given a 5* review if it hadn't been for the lifts which is a major issue

This is a beautiful big hotel. The public spaces are 5* , great location. Food and drink excellent I would recommend all inclusive. Bit of a walk to nearer restaurants. I would ask for a room in or near the main building, it's pretty spread out but lots of little shortcuts. The bistro was great for lunch and drinks until 6pm. Mike's coffee shop did a great baileys coffee, all included in AI.

Lovely hotel, plenty of space to do as little or as much as you like. Good food accommodation and drinks. Great staff and fabulous location. Very good snack bar located in a quiet setting perfect for lunch. Terrace was great for a late afternoon beverage
